Yes, the booking system does require that you input a credit card number to guarantee your appointment. This information is securely stored, and your information will not be shared. Your card will not be charged unless you violate my cancellation policies.

I accept credit and debit cards, Zelle payments, sent to strongesthetics@gmail.com or (708) 314-1699, or Venmo payments, sent to @strongesthetics. If you decide to pay be Zelle or Venmo, the payment must be sent through and receipt verified by me before you leave your appointment.
I will accept cash, but do not carry change. Any overages resulting from cash payments will be considered gratuity.
Gratuity is NEVER expected, but will be graciously accepted, should you choose to. I accept gratuity via additon to your credit/debit charge, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
If it's your first time visiting Strong Esthetics, you have two choices. If your main concern is acne, you will schedule The Acne Bootcamp Assessment or the Acne Bootcamp Assessment + First Treatment. If acne is not a concern for you, schedule The Strong Start Facial.
In short, no! However, any potential treatments for children under the age of 16 should first be discussed with me by the child's parent or legal guardian. Please contact me via email (strongesthetics@gmail.com) or text 708-314-1699 to discuss the desired treatment prior to booking. A parent or legal guardian must drive the child to the appointment, and be present in the room during the service.
Minors between the ages of 16-18 may schedule and drive themselves to their own appointment. A credit card is required for booking, and the card on file may be used to pay for the appointment/products, with parent permission.
Once you book your appointment, you will be sent an electronic intake form which must be filled out completely prior to the start of your service. Please arrive makeup-free if possible. If you wear contact lenses, wear your glasses to your appointment if closing your eyes bothers you in your lenses. Please reschedule your appointment online or contact me immediately at (708) 314-1699 if your skin is feeling unusually sensitive, if you develop a sun or wind burn, or if you have an active cold sore, stye, or any other kind of active skin infection.
Unfortunately, for safety reasons, minors are not allowed in the treatment space unless they are receiving a treatment. Additionally, children are not allowed to be unattended in the common areas of the suites, nor are they allowed to be unattended in a vehicle or in the parking lot. Babies are not allowed in the treatment room at any time.
Unfortunately, for safety reasons, only the person receiving a service is allowed in the treatment room. The only exception being a parent or legal guardian of a minor under the age of 16 during their service.
Tinley Park Beauty & Wellness Suites does have a large and comfortable waiting area that your adult guest is welcome to relax in during your service.
