*While 90 days is the average amount of time that it takes to get clear with the Acne Bootcamp program, due to many varying factors, it may take longer.

In short, no! But there are a few stipulations, including the maturity of the child (will they be able to uphold a strict at-home skincare routine?) and also the sensitivity level of the skin. I can custom tailor a plan for just about anyone experiencing acne.
Acne Bootcamp is a totally customized skincare program - no two journeys are alike! Schedule the Acne Bootcamp Assessment or The Acne Bootcamp Assessment + First Treatment. During that session, I'll be able to tell you if you're a good candidate for the program, or if perhaps I can custom tailor an alternative treatment plan for you.
Once you've scheduled the Acne Bootcamp Assessment, you'll be sent a link to my online intake form. This form is very detailed and will take approximately 15mins to complete. Please be sure to answer all questions completely and honestly to ensure the best and most thorough Assessment. If you have scheduled The Assessment for your child under the age of 18, please forward the link to them to fill out, or you may work on it together. Please do not fill out the form FOR your child, as I want them to be an active and willing participant in this process.
Unfortunately, the success of Acne Bootcamp program is almost entirely reliant upon adherence to a strict at-home skincare routine. I am available for coaching and motivation if needed and can help them with tactics to get past mental roadblocks. But in the end, it's up to them. Please note that I do reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual who demonstrates that they are unable or unwilling to follow instructions, or whose level of respect and/or behavior is deemed inappropriate in studio or in the context of in-studio treatments. Please consider this before scheduling their Acne Bootcamp Assessment.
For the Acne Bootcamp program, I do offer special discounted package pricing which will be discussed during The Assessment. I can also be flexible with half-packages if necessary. You may also pay for each treatment as you go.
I accept credit and debit cards, Zelle payments, sent to strongesthetics@gmail.com or (708) 314-1699, or Venmo payments, sent to @strongesthetics. If you decide to pay be Zelle or Venmo, the payment must be sent through and receipt verified by me before you leave your appointment.
I will accept cash, but do not carry change. Any overages resulting from cash payments will be considered gratuity.
Try to avoid sun exposure, facial waxing or laser treatments, harsh skincare products (including retinoids, chemical exfoliants or any prescription topical acne medications) at least 48 hours before your first session. This is so that I can get a sense of your natural sensitivity level which will help me to determine your custom-crafted skincare routine.
Think of it like this: dermatologists are medical doctors trained to diagnose and treat skin conditions with prescriptions, medical procedures, and even surgery when needed. They’re incredible for things like skin cancer checks, rashes, or conditions that require medication.
Estheticians (like me!) take a more holistic, hands-on approach. Especially when it comes to acne, I focus on skin health from the outside in—using advanced treatments, customized routines, and lifestyle coaching to support long-term results. Acne as a condition is muti-factorial and chronic - meaning it has multiple causes and cannot be completely cured. I have found in my career that 99.9999% of acne cases are better managed and the results more sustainable when the acne condition is treated with a holistic whole-body system - rather than resorting to one or more prescription drugs which are usually not sustainable without unpleasant side effects. I'm not here to replace your dermatologist— I'm here to complement them. It’s about teamwork, education, and getting to the root of what your skin really needs.
