All appointments must be scheduled online, and you'll find links to my booking app all throughout this website, on my Google Business page, on my Instagram profile, and linked HERE! I use the MangoMint system, a user friendly, cloud-based interface.

• A credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment, no exceptions.
• Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the value of booked service(s).  
• If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without a prior attempt to contact me, you are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the booked service(s).
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be treated as a late cancellation, subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s). 
• Repeated rescheduling (more than twice in a row), or repeated cases over time may result in you being blocked from scheduling advance appointments online, and you will be required to submit a 100% non-refundable deposit to secure a future appointment. 
• If you are feeling unwell before or on the day of your appointment, please contact me immediately to cancel your appointment without penalty, and you will be welcome to reschedule once you are feeling better. 
• If you arrive to your appointment exhibiting ANY symptoms of illness, your services will be refused and will be treated as a late cancellation, subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s).
• Payment is due at the conclusion of the service via credit  or debit card. Venmo and Zelle payments are also accepted, but the transaction must be completed before you leave the studio.
• Gratuity is never expected, but graciously accepted via credit/debit card, cash, Venmo or Zelle.
• Only one adult is allowed in the treatment room at a time. Tinley Park Beauty and Wellness Suites offers a large and comfortable waiting area for your adult guest to relax in during your treatment.
• For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment room unless they are receiving a service (see FAQ section for more details on children's services).
• For safety reasons, babies are not allowed in the treatment room at any time.
• Children/babies are not allowed to be unattended in the waiting area of Tinley Park Beauty and Wellness Suites.
• Children/babies are not allowed to be unattended in your vehicle or in the parking lot of Tinley Park Beauty and Wellness Suites.
• I have the right to refuse service to any individual, at any time, for any reason.

Yes, a credit card number is required to guarantee your appointment. This information is securely stored within the MangoMint sytstem, and your information will not be shared. Your card will not be charged unless you violate my cancellation policies.

I accept credit and debit cards, Apple and Google tap to pay, Zelle payments, sent to strongesthetics@gmail.com or (708) 314-1699, or Venmo payments, sent to @strongesthetics. If you decide to pay be Zelle or Venmo, the payment must be sent through and receipt verified by me before you leave your appointment. I will accept cash, but do not carry change. Any overages resulting from cash payments will be considered gratuity.

In short, no!  However, any potential treatments for children under the age of 16 should first be discussed with me by the child's parent or legal guardian. Please contact me via email (strongesthetics@gmail.com) or text 708-314-1699 to discuss the desired treatment prior to booking. For all minor clients under the age of 18, A parent or legal guardian must drive the child to the first consultation/treatment AND be present in the room during the service. 

For subsequent treatments after the initial consultation/treatment, minors between the ages of 16-18 may schedule and drive themselves to their own appointment(s).  A credit card is required for booking, and the card on file may be used to pay for the appointment/products, with parent permission

Unfortunately, for safety reasons, minors are not allowed in the treatment space unless they are receiving a treatment. Additionally, children are not allowed to be unattended in the common areas of the suites, nor are they allowed to be unattended in a vehicle or in the parking lot. Babies are not allowed in the treatment room at any time.
